The room has a queen-sized bed, desk, chair, and a night table. The room also comes with two large closets. The washer and dryer are conveniently located one floor down. One shared bathroom will be shared with at most one other person living on the floor. Amenities included in the rent: utilities, internet, filtered drinking water, paper towels, toilet paper, light bulbs, laundry and dish detergents, dishwasher pods, sheets, pillows, comforter, towels, hair dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The entire house is professionally cleaned twice a month.
